Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
landlord and tenant
i am tenant in chandigarh.the landlord has filed rent eviction case against me.i am adducing evidence by way of witness.the judge got transferred during pendency of the said case.next date is in aug,2009.the landlord wants to prepone the case,since now no new judge has joined.how i can defend the case and dismiss his prepone application,if any.thanks.i want to linger on the process.
