Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Landlord and tenants

I have purchased property at Kakkattil, Calicut Dist, the previous owner had rented out the property to tenants

for Jewelry & Hill produce buying shop purpose. But the tenants were not made any agreement with me so far.

Now portion of the old building is under demolition due to PWD road work expansion. I intended to demolish

the remaining building and to make re-construction for my personnel requirement. But the tenants are not

agreed the deal with the support of the Politics party (CPM) and they want to sit continue the shops.

By the by the one tenant was passed away eight months ago and his helper who were working with

him took the shop by force and run the shop aggressively.

At last the tenants have made some alteration in my own building with my consent aggressively

and now I am verbally as a help less, what should I do now as I have registered the property ion my name?

Can I proceed any case to legally evict against these tenants:

I request your legal assistant and comments on this issue.

Sincerely
