i am landowner, i have Separate entry but others flat owner using my gate it is possible

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you are referring to the common compound gate; it is obvious that other flat owners residing in your building will use the gate. What is the concern / issue you are trying to address ?

in case it is the easement right of other co owners, little you can do.
