Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My late grand father is registerd a will in1994 for our foefather's property to stepgrandmotherand he is dead after three days after this, my stepgrandmather's behaviour is very good for four year and after four year her behaviour is totaly changed and she sold the property to some one my father oppose this but she do it again and again my question is that my father and his sister is applicable their share from this property or not, my father file a case in himachal court in 2001 the judge dismis the case after ten year instead of all proof are given with evidence and witness in favour of my father now he appeal against this in session court, he fight the case or not please suggest, his age is above seventy, one thing is draw to your notice one HAS officer back my stepgrandmather and purchase our property in between the case is going on in the court without our consent and he. used his power as much he can, please helpus we are middleincome group.and he is using his power through police and land department officer
