why not browse Kuvempu University and Annamalai university websites.There are some universities in the state of Maharashtra also,from where you can get the law degree and can register in any Bar Council of India.

yes, but that degree may not be recognised by the Bar Council of India for the purposes of practice and may not entitle you to practice law or obtain a certificate of practice from any Bar Council in India.
