The lawyer is not a businessman or trader but a professional. You have to pay the lawyers' fees for availing his professional services.

Re: lawyer fees..?

In legal field it is the lawyer who decides his own fee.It is not a market nor there is any market rate/fee.In my opinion it is a reasonable fee.

Re: lawyer fees..?

you are not in market and only some product has printed or fixed price but services depends on the person who is providing them and the fees depends on his competence and capabilities.

the fees is ok but few advocates take even lesser fees but they may not be of good standard and some advocates my take fees which is many folds then this.

so its upto you if you want that advocate then you will have to pay what he demands but u can request him for reducing the amount

further you can ask for legal aid which is provided free of cost in courts.

Re: lawyer fees..?

law is a professional field and a lawyer is a professional as doctors. both are at liberty to charge according to their will. its not like anything on which a price tag is written in market for sale.

Sorry, but your question is absolute absurd. We are not selling goods or commodity, we are professinal, one advocate may do your work in Rs 100 and for the same, another may take 10 lacks also. Kindly do not ask such questions in future
