Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have a lease agreement which has been expired and my tenant has stopped paying the rent and is not willing to vacate and i have filed the case 1 yr ago but the case gets pending everytime? can you please help me how much time does it take to get my land clean, its a commercial shop and the rent has always been taken by mode of cheques.

File the application on the basis of lease over else you will not be able to evict and is liable for the same rent.

Non-payment of rent is a valid ground of eviction.Ask your advocate to pursue your case appropriately.
