Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Lease &License aggrement
We have rented a part of our premises to a company under lease &license aggrement. The proprietor is totally a bluffer and he is guilty of not paying license fees for several months. We have told him to vacate our premises &he is not ready. If he threatens us by goons or by other ways what can be done since police are not useful now a days? What can be done to evict him? Please help.

you can issue a legal notice and file a case aginst him

file eviction petition or case for possession .. whatever applies to ur case.
its civil matter and police may not help.. if threat of goons is there then u can file complaint to police and go to court too
