Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have given a chaque of Rs. 1000/- to the convenor of my school for publishing an add in the upcomming Suvenior of my school , but the suvenior has not been published yet. The convenor is continiously misleadding me . I want to take a legal steps against him to teach him a leason . What should I do ? Please Suggest

You may better cool off and be peaceful. It may not be proper to consider litigation for such a small matter. Litigation should be considered as a last resort; it may be very expensive and time consuming.
