Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Can one of the legal heirs assume ownership of the whole estate by getting a no objection certificate from the other legal heirs without paying any compensation to them ? Can the legal heirs of those denied share in the estate i.e. whose no objection was obtained earlier raise a claim at a later stage when they come to know that they are affected ?

Once no objection taken by legal heir from others then he become owner if the noc was obtained by threat, coercion,undue influence or by other illegal means then aggrieved one can challenge
