Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Can one of the legal heirs assume ownership of the whole estate by getting a no objection certificate from the other legal heirs ? Can the legal heirs of those denied share in the estate raise a claim at a later stage ?

If one legal heir purchase the share of other heirs with their conscent abd become registered owner of the property, then other legal heirs have no right to claim in the future.
