File a civil suit in the court seeking a declaration about the legal heir of your father. General Public and Collector of the area are impleaded as defendant; and if they do not oppose, the court will grant you the declaration.

It is a simple case but better you engage a counsel.

Your birth certificate, 10th class certificate and voter ID cards are enough to prove that you are the legal heir of your father. However, these certificates must contain the name of your father. You should also have the death certificate of your father.

This applies to those situation when none of your siblings/any other interested parties have objected to your status as a legal heir.

Do get back to me on +91-9891111475 if any of the party raises any question regarding your status.
