I have purchase a flat of which i did regestied &even i pay stamp duties and i given atransfrom fee to socitey even i given half the money to buyer & rest of money is ready with me now buyer refuse to sell the flat &he say cancelled the deal what should i do

if you got the deed then you have become owner anyway
otherwise you can move to court for specific performance

you may approach court and can seek specific performance of contract against the seller and/or can ask damages also.
