Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A legal suit has been filed against my four uncles for the distribution of property,which was not distributed by my grandfather (died-1984) grand mother died-1995.There are two daughters both of them together had filed the case My query is how the long will it take to get the result as I hear a lot that civil case will take many years to be completed.

No time line can be predicted by lawyers. However, as per latest Supreme Court judgement, the court is required to fix a schedule for all proceedings - pleadings, evidence and final judgement. Therefore, the court file should be perused to make an assessment of further time that may be taken to complete trial.
