Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i have lent rs 2 lakhs to a person on interest @8% through a pronote. pronote is duly stamped.there is no witness.but i paid him in cash. can i recover my money through civil suit.i afraid of that court will not accept cash transaction.

file a suit as witnesses not required

Yes you can file a suit for recovery u/o 37 cpc.
