Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Lgal Hiership of property

My uncle has adopted me at the age of 6 months. Since then I have been staying with them and in all my documents (school certificate, passport etc.) I have my uncle's name as a father name.

Here onwards I will say them father and mother because I used to :).

I have a house in the name of my mother and this has been built at the expense of my father. My parents has passed away. Now my maternal cousins (my mom's nephew) are trying to prove that I am an adopted son of my parents.

How can I prove the legal hiership?

My mom took a certificate after the death of my father that there are only two people left alive in their family herself and me. This has been issued by Sub Divisional Officer but on a plain paper.

I belongs to muslim community.
