Re: liability of a married daughter
you are liable to maintain your parents in case they are unable to maintain themselves. the law casts this liability on a married working daughter. in case you maintain them without going to court, there is no condition for the part of salary but in case they approach the court for maintenance then it could be say 1/3rd of ur salary.
Re: liability of a married daughter
Your liability may be confined to providing them basic necessities for their living.
