litigation on property doc.
sir i booked flat on that property where litigation is still pending but builder didnt told us eairler now i got the information is that there is some litigation still pending so that builder cant construct on the same.
and how bank can approved the scheme?

The Bank may answer you better. You may pursue your remedies before Consumer Courts by filing an appropriate complaint through a lawyer.

Then builder has mde a cheating with you. First collect all the documents of litigation and then engage a good lawyer to teach him a lesson and to get your money back alongwith interest, litigation charges and harassment charges etc.
