Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I live in a small village in India. Near to my kitchen, my new neighbor build his toilet and it smell very bad and for that I always need to shut my window. ALTHOUGH I have repeatedly told him about the problem. Is there any legal solution for the same. Pls suggest as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

You may lodge a complaint with the Sonitpur Municipality asking them to request your neighbour to demolish the toilet.
