Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i had taken a loan from a bank. i have cleared the loan and applied to thalati for clearing the name of bank from the 7\12 record. but after one year has been passed but he is no clearing it can i take any legal action against him.

Issue a legal notice with copy of the No Due certificate issued by Bank.

you can approach the consumer court and file a complaint against the bank.
