Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have loged one case under the womens voilence act in October'2010 against my husband . The Case is pending till date as my husband has denied the fact that i am his wife but i have all the evidences and legal documents in my favour to proof it that i am his real married wife. I have heard that the case under womens voilence act results within 60 days from the date of filing of the case, I am surprised that till date we are getting only date from the respective court. Please Suggest.

First of all it not Women violence act but Domestic violence act. I cant comment upon your lawyer but definitely it takes much less time to decide the petition . Have you filed any application u/s 23 for interim maintenance and residence against your husband. Please clarify.
