Do lok adalat has the power to cancel the bailable warrant ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Lok adalats are formed in Districts and Cities all over India to strengthen the hands of the Law. A wrong or negligent ruling of the small causes court bench can be reversed by the lok adalat. The lok adalat sitting Judge is empowered to overrule the decision of the lower court to summarily cancel a bailable warrant and issue arrest instructions to the baileef of the concerned Police Station in Bilaspur District of Chattisgarh.
