Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

i am in love with a girl for the past 2 and a half yrs and we are close physically as well..but her parents blackmailed her and got her engaged..they r not letting me meet her nor let me knw whr she is..now they r saying that the girl moved on and threatened to kill me..i truely love the girl and wanna try till the last step to win her back..How can I proceed legally and with what proofs.?Also they called my parents and said they will put a harassment case on me, as ours is a Girl Safety Concerned society,all odds will b against me n no one will listen..the girls parents encouraged us till now and whn my dad said he wont give me any of his property,they changed and started separating us..i am trying my best in pleading her parents but if they proceed legally,what should i do

There is no legal help possible for you in this situation. You have absolutely no right over her. The relationship has not created any legal bond between the two of you.

The ONLY legal remedy is IF she wants to marry you. However, that may happen only when she expresses her desire to you or to any one else who may file a case ON HER BEHALF for her liberty and for permission to get her statement recorded in court.
