i m a hindu girl 24 years and i m in love with a muslim boy 26years for last 10 years. now we are planning to get married. my boyfriend is telling me on the date of marriage we will direct go to court and get married. is it possible to get married with out following the 30 days procedure for registration of marriage? can we direct go to court and get married?

Special Marriage Act has waiting period of 30 days. You cannot bypass the same. Contact the Marriage Registrar Office for further details.
