Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i m a tenant in a premises since last 23yrs,now the original landlord has sold the flat to new landlord,and new landlord is asking for the eviction,can i safe guard my self?

Once tenant is always tenant. Your new landlord has the same rights in regard to the rented premises and he can evict you by the process of law.
