i made an agreement with my tenant for 11 months. i mean feb 2012 to dec 2012. now my tenant says that she'l not vacate the shop and in return she is asking me to pay 2,50,000 for her furniture in the shop. can u plz me help me.!? so that she'l vacate my shop. even the agreement is over. it has been two months.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Lodge a simple Police complaint for trespassing into your shop. The Police will ask her to vacate the shop with all her belongings within three days.

She cannot claim any money. If you are in Maharashtra, you can seek eviction, and beyond Dec. 2012, she will be liable to pay you double the rent. each state, has separate rent control legislation, so it is advisable that you contact a local lawyer for this.
