Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we had made SALE DEED,IGPA,AFFIDAVIT,NOC.but the person who made the sale deed refused to come to the the registration office in the mean time the bank in which he had taken home loan came to vacate the same premises which was in our possession.we took stay in DRT MUMBAI and paid the loan amount according to the DRT orders,and made registration and made the registration fees as applicable on the IGPA given in my wife's name.we want to know that the registration is valid in court or not.

registration made by court is valid, but subjected to other loans availed by the previous owner with other financial institutions.
