Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
maharashtra co-operative societies act, 1960
What is the minimum number or percentage of owners required to pass any decision in General Body meeting? Is there any mandate for prior notice to Members for the General body meeting and the agenda for it? Is there mandate for taking into consideration views of members who can not attend GBM in person

You need to read the Bye-laws of your Society. The Bye-laws are registered with and approved by the Registrar of Cooperative Society for the State.
If you do not have a copy of the bye-laws, you may obtain through the office Registrar, Cooperative Socieities, Maharashtra State.
