Shayad bhabhi ke naam kheti zameen khareedtay waqt rishtay alag thay, aur ab haalaat bigad gaye hai. Hogaya maamlaa nau doh gyaaraha, naa ghar kaa, naa ghaat kaa. Haalat aur bekaar kartay huay zameen maalik ko paisay denay kay bayaay uskay agent ko day diye. Yaanee zameen maalik ko bhi milaa ek sunehehra mauka ye pesh karnay kee unko agent nay abtak zameen kay paisay diye hee nahee, aur us kaaran zameen kay kaagzaat abhee bhee maalik kay he naam par hai.

Agar asleeyat haalaana sthithi ye ho toh aap es sauday may abhee bhee kuch kar saktay ho, yaanee kay agent aur maalik donoko thikaanay laakar zameen kay kaagzaat apnay naam par karvaa saktay ho.

Agar zameen bhabhi kay naam kee chukee hai, toh aap kay paas koi chaara nahee bachtaa. Court kachehree may khamo-kha paisa chala jaayega, maslaa hal nahee hoga.

If you have purchased property in the name of third party, by paying consideration from your pocket then the same is called a Benami Transaction. There is prohibition on Benami Transaction, and you cannot claim property now.
