Maintenance
Is it legal to charge a common maintenance equally if a co-op societies comprising of flat area varies form 250 sq feet to 1500 sq ft and having unequal amenities such terrace, garden, balcony, attached toilet bathrooms etc?.

Yes society can charge equal maintenance charges. Maintenance is charged as prscribed under the bye-laws, irrespective of the amenities or other facilities proved by the society.
