Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A man , who returns his village after ten years. On his return he found that one of his uncle has already made a false death certificate on his name and declared him dead . The uncle has taken control of all his land by bribing the corrupt land revenue officer and register the whole land in the name of his son. Now This officially declared dead man wants to be alive again. My question is that whether there is any way that he can prove himself legally alive and restore his identity. This poor man has no document that can prove his identity. When he migrated from his own village he has handed The original land document(dalil) to this uncle.
