Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
is it mandatory one should submit a reply in a Original Suit, where an I.A is being filed questioning the jurisdiction of the Court.

yes, the WS need to be filed and it is up to the court to frame a preliminary issue and decide jurisdiction.
