approach company for complaiance of warranty if they fail approach teh consumer forum

Approach the consumer court if the company fails to comply with warranty.

first thing - give the bike to the authorised dealer fro service

get a copy of the complaint card with the signature of the authorised signatory.

look out for the warranty and replacement details

talk/ write to the customercare manager

if still not statisfied write to the company customer care manager/ customer support manager

still you do not get a favourable reply get a copy of all the document and file a consumer case
