Re: marraige registration
not necessarily. get copies of :
1. your residence proof
2. photo copies of you and your wife
3. proof of your wedding (photo-church record- invitation ..)
and approach the registrar's office. Get the forms filled and they will take care of the rest. but still you can take a lawyer's advice and guidance to help you out. But how come your wedding was solomnised in a church without conversion?
Re: marraige registration
yes u will have to apply for marriage registration under special marrige registration act, for that u will have to fill a performa and than a notice to the general public will be given for one month and than after the publication of notice u will be given marriage registration certificate
Re: marraige registration
you may get your marriage registered with registrar of marriage.you may collect a form and fill the same attaching the requisite documents like proof of marriage etc.you donot require remarriage in any act for registration of your marriage.
Re: marraige registration
