marriage
i am in love with a girl n want to marry her.we are of same GOTRA. Is indian law prohibit this kind of marriage? If i do so what sort of problem i'll be facing?

There are no prohibitions as such but yes you may contact your local lawyer before proceedings as there are certain restrictions.

As such there is no prohibition and there is no law that you can not marry girl of same gotrabut there are such customs prevailing in several parts which does not permit such marriages, and these customs are also recognised by law.
