about marriage registration

GOOD EVENING...

I am a married person of age 20 and too my spouse's age is too 20. my date of birth is 5th June,1989. I wants quickly to register my marriage for my essential needs. Can i register my marriage now or not? Please tell me if not possible means when i want to register which is possible by legally and which year and date please explain me... Thanks in advance...

You may make an application for registration of your marriage after you are 21.
