A married daughter's Right to parents' property?
Parents are no more, they died without any will.
Can my sisters get share in my parents property.
How and where they go to get their right???
We are 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

All you siblings have equal share in your parents property. File suit for partition in the court to get your share.

the property would devolve amongst all the legal heirs and each would get 1/9th of share. any of your can file a suit for partition and also seek injunction restraining third party interest. but before that, try to sort this mutually.
