Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I married men (Since last 7 yrs) from VADODARA living with my Mother and Father... and we have 2 1/2 yrs old child (Boy). There was not any dispute in last 7 years. But In April 12, 2012 my wife left our home suddenly due to minor domestic problem. In last 5 months we made lots of efforts to bring her back at personal and social level. I and my family agree to all her conditions like living separately, etc... She is not allowing me to meet my child. I tried my best to meet my child but I failed because of my Father in Law. She gave a written notice to his play center not to allow me to meet my child. She brought all my academic documents with her when she left my home. At this stage, I dont want a divorce, but I dont know about my wife.
Notice: My father-in-Law used bad language several times on phone and face to face meeting.
Now,
1. What should I do to bring back my wife and child?
2. What should I do to meet my child?
