Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i was married 5yrs back and before marriage itself i had informed the inlaws and husband regarding the partial seizure or just the aura i suffer from and the medications i take for my seizure ,now since 3yrs have been separated from my husband and my son has not even seen the father once and the in laws have put forth the case of divorce presenting as a case of fraud and that epilepsy was never disclosed to them,tell me what can be done as i have no hope left and even my husband is against me.
