Mediclaim Policy

Insurance co. not giving policy at the age of 70+ for an individual and saying there is chance for claim.Govenment has made a rule that every citizen has to be covered by taking higher premium .Still they are not giving the policy and not even ready to give in writing.

it is very harasing situation with Insurance company.I am a agent .But if the Co.find some client for there staff value they give in with in a second.

help me to get rid out of this question.

what is your question? the company should be made to issue policy or an individual needs an insurance cover?

Giving insurance policy is the discretion of Insurance company which depends on company policy & Insurance rules but if company make any discrimination then company can be forced to give policy.
