Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I am a member of our Flatowners Association of my building and due to some problem we have not yet become a registered society. We have a common lift and we are paying maintenance charges as decided by the committee. The office bearers of the socity is harassing my servant woman not use the lift to reach the 4th floor of my flat. I am paying the maintenance charges regularly. Please let me know whether this act of harassment is correct or not. I am arguing that since I am paying the maintenance charges regularly my servant woman has equal right to use the lift
