Mental agony

my grand father had a land and he survived by three son and a daughter, it is already 15 yrs past. due to one brother other three can not divide the property, one day he tell something and other day denies, even infront of other people demarcation/ division of property was settled & now says that give me more or otherwise i will not sign. due to him we can not constrct house for our future accomaodation and running through a painful mental state due to his arrogancy.

The thing put forward by you is clearly indicating that you have the best option left out is to approach competent court of justice to obtain necessary partition orders regarding the property and it is not required for you to plead and beg with arrogant s as stated by you,it will take hardly 12-16months to complete the process duly. You may engage a local counsel to file a civil suit for partition of the property by metes and bounds.
