Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
mental torture
my husband is central govt employee under MHRD for last 25 years. I had a cardiac problem and had to admitted to govt. hospital in the year 1996. The authority refused to reimburse the expenses. The hon court orderd to reimburse the expenses in the year 2002. Since than the authority is harrsing my husband including transfer/suspension etc.
can I move to court for my mental agony etc
