Money recovery

Sir / Madame,

I and my mother reside at Erode.My father expired two years ago. I need to consult with you on the matter of money recovery from a party that I had given the money to. I need to know if we anything can be done legally to recover my money.

My father was a Police officer. He was holding the rank of Additional Superentendent of Police, when he retired. He passed away two years ago. We had built a bungalow for ourselves to live in, in Erode. For completion of the house, we had to barrow some money from outside. We stayed in that house for about three years and the outstanding amount was increasing because of interest. So we decided to sell the house. In the year 2006, my father fell very ill and he expired on 02/02/2006. The house was on my father�s name in the documents. One day in October 2006, one party approached us with a good offer for the sale of the house. We had a sitting and finalized the deal for the sale of the house. We had agreed to shift out of the house in about three months time after
