Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Mother(B) received a property from her father(A). before death my mother wrote a will on this property and one more property(own), which states that all the property goes to her younger son(D). Is this a valid will(Since she wrote will on her ancestor Property). If not valid will the whole property will divided among me and my brother(D) or only the ancestor property will be divided among us? if the will is valid when B can acquire the property(Procedure)?

There is no ancestral property involved in your question and the will by your mother is valid as the property willed to her by her father becomes your mother self acquired under the law...................Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
