Mother Cheated by her Brother

Hi, we are Roman Catholic, the incident happened in 1995 ,my mothers father(my grand father) died in 1986 , he put some shares of land for all his children ( 4 son and 1 girl).My mother was not known about the script. In 1995 one brother came to my mothers and asked her that he want to build home so want some signature of mother. My father disagree and asked to provide the Agreements before him, but the Uncle was cruel and say cruel words to my mother and said that he will kill her children and husband if she didn�t agree, there was a big fight and he harassed father, my mother had some problem in leg because of her last delivery for my brother, so she is in bed rest. She don�t want her husband also in trouble. So she agreed to sign the documents saying that she is willing to give all land to her brother. He build a Big home there and working in LIC. After those incidents and deficiency of medicine my mother is Handicapped in one leg, but she can walk. What needs to do for getting the land back to my mother, even though she sold it for 2000 Rs? Without getting that money also. Now land price is 2 lacks per cent. Total land was 10 Acres without dividing.
