Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my mother is the Co-Borrower of House building loan from lic with my father and as such she has paid the emi but their was a dispute corped up for 2 years and he has thrown out us atlast this 29/01/2011 my mother died and during taking the loan she has mortgaged her LIC certificate and the Deed of the house which is in my Fathers name.
wether the LIChfl claim the money disbursing the lic Certificate and if it is wether on behalf of her i.e.my mother i can claim the property right as she has paid the money.
please answer me i am in confussion.
