Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
after my mother death ,my father gave own built house to me and my brother jointly as gift.after one year my father has married again and had a son . now my father has expired recently. does the second wife has any right on the house which was given to us as gift before remarriage?

his second wife and her son may not claim a share in the gift executed in favour of you and your brother unless the house gifted was a joint property.
