Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

my mother expired in 1999.my mothers father had properties and given will in favour of my mother.now i have signed on may 2011, unfortunately on documents in which the mothers property unequally shared between my father,three brothers and elder sister.now iwant to proceed legally for equal share for which i issued legal notice to my father,brothers,sister.they give caveat to me.what is the last date i have to appeal in court by how much court fee,the property total value is about 2 crores.?
