Hi, my one of mother is Hindu and she was adopted us as a 'Sakudu Childs', and she wrote the veelunama to us, but issue is her yong sister's son was taken a thamp sing on empty bands when she is in unconsious pogistion years back before she wrote the veelunama to us, after her (my mother ) death, now he is demanding us to share our perporty. can u suggest to us what we have to do, before he start ligal process with that empyt bands ? and how can we proof that empty bands are illegal ?

You can apply for a probate of your mother's veelunama, then let him come and contest, the writing will be fresh on old paper, and based on that you can successfully defeat his wrong intention.
